Getting Here: By Air

Air Canada has several daily flights in and out of Nanaimo Airport, which is only 10 minutes north of Ladysmith.

Orca Airways and Island Express Air also offer flights between Nanaimo, Tofino, Abbotsford (west of Vancouver) and Victoria (one hour to the south).

WestJet flies to Victoria and Comox (two hours to the north).

Plus there are a number of floatplane companies that will take you anywhere up and down the coast (Harbour Air, West Coast Air, Kenmore Air). If you have your own small plane, you can fly into Nanaimo Airport and rent a vehicle there.
